We bought a 2010 Honda Jazz from Yousef in excellent condition with no apparent defects and at a fair price. It was a polite and pleasant purchase. The car has run perfectly in the four months since then apart from the central part of the undershield vibrating in the wind and detaching itself after about a couple of months when we exceeded 70 m.p.h for about the first time. We were within our 3 month warranty period and Yousef sourced a replacement part and arranged for his technician to fit it free of charge. In the month since then the replacement has worked perfectly. In fairness I didn't spot the weak attachment points in my examination on purchase as they were hard to examine. and this is a part that is known for average wear and tear issues. It was a minor issue but a significant demonstration of good customer service. Thank you Yousef.

Yousef was absolutely brilliant from the start of the deal to the very end. We enquired about a corsa that was on the website, Yousef told us very politely that the car was currently undergoing an MOT & Servicing but he’ll ring us back as soon as it’s out the garage. Yousef rung us to let us know and said we can come and view the car the same day, after a test drive and a full check over the car including the service history we knew that we wanted to buy the car. We felt under no pressure by Yousef to buy like some dealers, he was incredibly polite, understanding, respectful and able to answer any questions with full knowledge. Yousef allowed us to put a deposit down so we could sort out insurance etc over night before returning the following morning to pick up the vehicle. It was a pleasure buying off Yousef and I’d highly recommend Wantage Car Sales to anyone. Thanks again Yousef!

Yousef was a lovely man, so helpful and came all the way from Oxford when we turned up unannounced and called him on the phone. Yousef, my apologies if I have spelt your name incorrectly. The car was honest, nobody had tried to hide anything, and it was important to us to find the right car as our daughter had recently had a very bad non-fault accident in the previous vehicle not long after her test. Yousef patiently stayed until very late afternoon while we arranged insurance and road tax. He was unable to deliver the vehicle to our home in the coming days for reasons outside of his control, but he was very apologetic and even when leaving to go home in his car he wound the window down and said if we were desperate please just call him and he'd see what he could do. In the end our daughter was able to drive it back home. The car has been fine over the past few weeks and we can't fault it so far. So thanks to you Yousef, our daughter is back on the road, rebuilding her confidence and happy to have gained her independence once again! Thank you.

Saw an Audi A1 for sale from here and from first contacting Yousef it was a pleasurable experience. I had to travel some distance and he came and picked me up from Didcot station. The car was great absolutely no problems. All in all a very pleasant person to do business with.

Yousef was a gentleman. Genuine, honest and soft-spoken, very rare to find these qualities in a car seller. We bought a NISSAN Qashqai, and we are very happy with our purchase. He delivered the car to our home for free. When I expressed my concern regarding a potential technical fault, he came to our home to have a look rather than calling us to the garage. Eventually, we found out that there was no fault in the car. I misidentified a feature (should have read the car manual or googled the problem before calling him). Would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car.
